These terms govern the use of the pawnia.dev site, operated by Dog Stuff under the Pawnia Studio brand. By using the site or booking a call, you accept these terms.
1. What we offer
Pawnia Studio is a tech and media studio for businesses in the pet world. We offer the Pawnia Program, a single monthly program that brings together BrandPet (brand), PawCode (tech) and MediaSnout (media). The information on the site is descriptive: the exact scope, deliverables and timelines of each project are defined in the proposal and contract we sign with you, which prevail over what is published here.
2. Prices and commercial terms
- Prices are shown in Colombian pesos, Mexican pesos, euros and US dollars, depending on the currency you choose.
- VAT and other taxes are not included and vary by country.
- The launch price applies while spots are available. The program has no minimum commitment period.
- Ad spend is not included: it is paid directly to each platform (Google, Meta, TikTok or others).
- Optional add-ons, such as the Wollo integration, are quoted separately.
3. Booking calls
The discovery call lasts about 20 minutes and does not oblige you to hire us. When booking, you agree to provide accurate information. If you need to reschedule or cancel, reply to the confirmation message or use the link we sent you. We may reschedule a call due to force majeure, and we will let you know as far in advance as possible.
4. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully, without attempting to damage it, access restricted areas or send automated bookings or messages.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, designs, animations, code and trademarks on the site, including Pawnia, BrandPet, PawCode and MediaSnout, belong to Dog Stuff or are used with permission. You may not copy them or use them for commercial purposes without permission. Brands that appear in the examples, such as Gatering, are sample brands created to illustrate our services. Ownership of what we create for your business is governed by the contract for each project.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to other sites, such as Wollo or social networks. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.
7. Liability
We work to keep the information on the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors or experience interruptions. Examples, figures and illustrative cases are not promises of results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site.
8. Personal data
How we use your data is explained in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country.
